The Eastern Washington Community Mental Health Summit brings together behavioral health professionals, researchers, students, community organizations, and advocates for a focused day of collaboration and shared learning. The summit highlights evidence-informed practices, regional initiatives, and practical strategies to strengthen mental health systems across Eastern Washington.

This full-day, in-person event will feature a keynote presentation, concurrent breakout sessions, and a closing panel discussion. Topics will include first episode psychosis, housing and homelessness, co-occurring substance use, and innovative community-based approaches to care. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with regional partners, engage in dialogue across sectors, and explore solutions that translate research into real-world impact.
Continuing education credits will be available for a range of behavioral health and related professionals.

The Community Mental Health Summit in Eastern Washington is centered on bridging research, policy, and frontline practice to improve outcomes across our region.
This year’s summit emphasizes practical strategies, community partnership, and cross-sector collaboration. Through keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and panel discussions, participants will explore how to move from evidence to action in ways that are responsive to local needs and diverse populations.
